摘要 |
The arrangement determines the body position from the inductance of a coil arrangement. The magnetic properties of a film (102) on the body (101) influence the inductance of the coil arrangement and axial motion of the body changes the magnetic flux of the coil arrangement whose resulting inductance change is detected to determine the body position. The film, which is formed on the body by atomic growth, contains less than 8 weight-per cent phosphor, up to 2 weight-per cent of an element of the IV or V main group, esp. antimony or lead, and up to 5 weight-per cent of an element of the transition metals, esp. cobalt or iron. The remainder of the film composition is nickel. USE/ADVANTAGE - The arrangement has very high sensitivity, operates with minimum external influence and has many applications.
