PURPOSE:To enhance the reliability and yield of a product by keeping the relative position of parts and avoiding the breakage of a wire. CONSTITUTION:A first process holding palette 5 in such a state that the relative position of an optical operation part and a lead frame is kept, a second process feeding the palette 5 to a wire connection part 2 and connecting the optical operation part, the lead frame and the electronic circuit formed on the lead frame by wires in such a state that the relative position of the optical operation part and the lead frame is kept and a third process feeding the palette 5 to a mold mounting part and sucking the optical operation part and the lead frame by a suction hand in such a state that the relative position of the optical operation part and the lead frame is kept to mount them on a mold 4 are provided.
