PURPOSE:To enable to inject a micro amount of samples such as DNA, etc., into a cell in good accuracy. CONSTITUTION:The objective apparatus consists of an electrophoresis unit 2 injecting a sample into a cell by electrophoresis, an electric source 1 impressing a high voltage on the electrophoresis unit 2, a drive unit 3 consisting of a coarse moving part 10 having a large moving range and a slight moving part 11 for a micro area to drive a tip of the electrophoresis unit 2, a controller 4 controlling motions of the drive unit 3 in x, y and z directions, a microscope 5 having a television camera, a television monitor 6 projecting a microscope image enlarged by the microscope 5 and a computer 7 inputting an information from the television monitor 6, moving the tip of the electrophoresis part 2 to a designated position in the television monitor 6 and outputting an injection order in the controller 4. By using electrophoresis for injecting a sample into a cell and controlling an impressed voltage and time of the voltage impression, a micro amount of the sample can be injected in good accuracy.
