PURPOSE:To simplify processing procedure synthesizing the image corresponding to code data and image data. CONSTITUTION:The raster type image data containing code data outputted from an image output part is applied to a character adding processing part 502 and the code data is synthesized as the character image corresponding to the code data to become the data only of an image. A synthesizing object is a raster system and can be easily synthesized. This image data is subjected to longitudinal and lateral conversion by a longitudinal/lateral conversion part 503 to become a system capable of being outputted by a serial printer 505 and further expanded in order to match the resolving power of the original image data with that of the printer 505. The image data thus obtained is outputted to the serial printer 505 for the sake of printing. |
