<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the subject material widely useful as organic fluorescent materials such as fluorescent dyes, dye lasers, etc., further usable for in the field of medical treatment such as fluorescent reagents, etc., for fluorescent antibody method, emitting strong blue fluorescent around 430nm wave length by excitation with a long wave UV light having around 340nm wave length and being highly stable. CONSTITUTION:The subject material is obtained by cultivating rose cells in a solid medium added with auxin and cytokinin to form a callus which is then cultivated in a liquid medium incorporated with auxin or auxin and cytokinin. Then a fluorescent material is extracted from the cultivated cells.</p> |
