CONSTITUTION:An air quantity increasing means for warming-up increases in-take air quantity of an internal combustion engine until the temperature of the internal combustion engine reaches specified temperature. An air flow quantity increasing means for auxiliary machinery, while specified auxiliary machinery is driven with the internal combustion engine idled, increase the in-take air flow quantity of the engine. In addition, a vacuum servo generates vacuum negative pressure for brake by amplifying the in-take negative pressure of the internal combustion engine. In this case, the starting of the internal combustion engine is detected by a engine start detecting means. The temperature of the internal combustion engine is detected by an engine temperature detecting means. In addition, during and after the start of the internal combustion engine, the drive of auxiliary machinery is forcibly stopped by an auxiliary machinery drive stopping means until the time set according to the temperature of the internal combustion engine elapses.</p>
