A collapsible bicycle which requires a minimum number of tools for disassembly and reassembly. The bicycle includes a front portion 3, a handlebar assembly 4, a rear portion 6, a pedal operated drive assembly (not shown), a seat assembly 13, 14 and a frame 20. The bicycle may be disassembled to six or more component parts and then packed into a volume of approximately three cubic feet.
