<p>PURPOSE:To enable the proliferation of adventitious bud induced by culturing the plant tissue of tulip and to obtain a large quantity of seed stocks of tulip in high efficiency compared with the conventional process. CONSTITUTION:An adventitious bud induced by the culture of a plant tissue of tulip is grown to a diameter of 1-2mm, transplanted to a medium and cultured to proliferate the bud. A small bulb of tulip is produced from the adventitious bud via a shoot.</p> |
