<p>PURPOSE:To shorten the analyzing time and to attain the high convergency by analyzing a large-scale circuit after dividing it. CONSTITUTION:A circuit dividing means 3 divides a non-linear equation generated from a large-scale circuit down to a prescribed scale or less. A linear equation generating means 4 generates a linear equation from the divided non-linear equation, and the linear equation is analyzed by a linear equation analyzing means 5. A minor matrix stable solution deciding means 6 decides whether the solution obtained through the analysis is identical with a stable solution or not. If not, a minor matrix unconverged state deciding means 7 transmits a signal to divide the large-scale circuit again. If so, 8 table reference stable solution deciding means 8 obtains a stable solution for the entire circuit based on the obtained stable solution.</p> |
