PURPOSE:To prevent irregularity attached by resin or poor dryness, by subjecting a thermoplastic synthetic fiber multifilament yarn to false twist crimp finishing, providing a volatile solvent solution of resin for finishing to the yarn, heating the yarn with a heating apparatus and then continuously re-heating the yarn with same heating apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A volatile solvent solution of resin for finishing is provided to a false twist yarn of thermoplastic synthetic fiber multifilament yarn Y with an attaching apparatus 6 and the treated yarn is fed into a heater 7 and heated and then continuously re-heated with the heater 7 to dry the yarn. According to the above-mentioned method, efficiency for drying can be enhanced without raising heating temperature of the heater 7 to especially high temperature. |
