PURPOSE:To provide an integrated circuit for miniaturizing a still picture transmission device and performing an efficient transmission. CONSTITUTION:The integrated circuit is composed of a processor 11 for performing the compression and elongating of still picture data an outside processor interface 12 for performing a communication with an external processor 2 connected with the outside, an external bus interface 13 for connecting a memory for storing programs such as a compression and elongation processing, etc., of still picture data, an incorporated ROM 15 storing the basic control programs of the processor, an incorporated high speed RAM 14 for storing programs and data, a picture memory interface 16 controlling a picture memory 4 connecting with the outside and controlling an AD converter 5 and a DA converter 6 and a syncronizing part 17 synchronizing with a synchronizing signal. Thus, by this integrated circuit 1, the miniaturization of a picture transmission device and the efficiency of a transmission is enhanced. |
