PURPOSE:To find out the corresponding document file from a large amount of document file and to manage it until it is deleted. CONSTITUTION:The system is provided with a retrieval device retrieving and transmitting retrieval ID data based on the retrieval data for external input, an ID storage circuit 52 storing the ID allocated for each file, a comparison circuit 51 outputting coincidence signals in the case of coincidence, and an responding signal outgoing circuit 53 driving a light emission diode 48 by the coincidence signal and outputting answering signals. When the retrieval ID is sent from the retrieval device, it can be estimated visually as the light emission diode 48 of the corresponding retrieval unit turns on. Simultaneously, the retrieval result can be found because the responding signals are sent to the retrieval device. By sending the test ID requiring the batch response, the only absent document file can be detected by sending the test ID requiring the batch response. |
