摘要 |
PURPOSE:To enable to pull out the most of discharge performance by housing a substance having large electric capacity per unit volume of a negative active material and a positive pole black mixture outside the separators and that having small electric capacity inside the separators. CONSTITUTION:The housing amounts inside a battery of a negative pole active material 3 and a positive pole black mixture 5 are automatically decided under the condition where the celectric capacity of the total amount of a positive pole black mixture 5 and the electric capacity of the total amount of a negative pole active material 3 are made accorded, when the electric capacity per volume of both materials is known so as to bring a substance having a small housing amount inside the battery outside the separators 2 and 4. Thereby, the one having the large electric capacity per unit volume of the negative pole active material 3 and the positive pole black mixture 5 is housed outside the separators 2 and 4 and the other having the small electric capacity inside the separators 2 and 4 respectively so as to enable to make the contact area of the negative pole active material 3 and the positive pole black mixture 5 to be always the miximum while suppressing inside resistance to the minimum thus to be able to pull out the battery discharge performance to the most. |
