PURPOSE:To obtain the shielding device for preventing a waveguide mode from being generated without exerting any adverse influence upon the operations of a triplate line. CONSTITUTION:In the triplate line facing through a pair of ground conductors 2a and 2b and a dielectric 2 to an inner conductor 1, on one side of the inner conductor at least, shielding electrodes 10, 10a, 10b and 10c are provided at certain positions where the practical width of the line is made wider than the 1/2 propagating wavelength of the line. The shielding electrodes are composed of conductor bars or resistor bars through resistor bars 10 or intermediate resistor layers 10b connecting a pair of the ground conductors 2a and 2b at every prescribed distance P. |
