SUMMARY: In this method for the integral manufacture of coach bodies, U-shaped channels (10) for the feed and removal of air, illumination and apparatuses in a corner region (9) as well as shape-determining insulation bodies (12) in the corner regions (11) are glued to an inner covering layer (8) shaped and carried by a winding mandrel. A not illustrated build-up analogous to the corner region (9) is provided in a base region (13). For the absorption of bending stresses and longitudinal forces, a stiffening framework (14) and corner profiles (15; 16) are provided, which are glued together with the composite body manufactured in the preceding method steps. In a further method step, insulation plates are glued into the rectangular openings of the stiffening framework (14) and blank covers are laid into the openings of the later windows and doors. Thereby, a step-free surface arises again, which is capable of being wound over and which is wound over by an outer covering layer. The coach body manufactured in the preceding method steps is removed from the shape-determining winding mandrel. The blank covers cutting out the windows and doors are then severed out. Bores for the feed and removal of air as well as openings for illumination bodies are applied in the ceiling. (Figure 3)
