Method for decontamination of contaminated soil - uses high pressure nitrogen with carbon; dioxide content of 5 to 30 percent
摘要
The soil which has been contaminated with harmful halogenated organic substances such as azo-dyestuffs or nitro-aromatics, is decontaminated in the following way. The soil is first mixed with a high pressure gas consisting of nitrogen with a carbon dioxide content of 5 to 30 percent. Alternatively the soil is mixed with easily decomposable organic substances in the ratio of 50 to 150 grams of the substances per kg of soil and then moistened with water or with a nutrient solution with a phosphate and nitrogen content of 70 to 100 percent of its water capacity in order to deoxygenate the soil. USE - Allows rapid decontamination of contaminated soil.
