The testing device for the drive-efficiency has a drive disc (7) and handwheel (3) at motor, mobile basket suspensions and counterbalance at ropes. The mobile basket (1) is locked against forwards motions. A lever (5) is tied at the handwheel (3) by means of a winding tape (4). A movable weight (96) is mounted on the lever (5).
