Sealing frame (1) consits of 4 extruded, elastomeric profiles linked by corner pieces. Each profile has longitudinal open or closed grooves in the underside and also longitudinal channels between the grooves and the rear face of the profile. Device for injection moulding the sealing frame corners comprises an inner tool (15) and an outer tool with one or more injection gates, pref. in the corner. Tool inserts (24) acting as end stops for the extruded profiles are fitted in the inner tool, (15) in both sides at a point at a distance away from the corner. Each insert (24) has flanges (25, 26) and studs (27, 28, 29) seal off some or all of the channels in the profiles. USE/ADVANTAGE - For moulding corners into a sealing frame, esp. a tunnel sealing frame. Tool eliminates the use of loose plugs to seal off the profile grooves and channels.
