PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition having high permittivity and low loss and capable of controlling temperature dependence of resonance frequency in wide ranges from 0 to plus or minus by forming the title composition so as to have a specific composition formula. CONSTITUTION:Each powder of BaO, TiO2, ZnO2 and SnO2 is weighted and the above-mentioned metal oxides are blended in humid or dry state and dried as necessary and subjected to calcination treatment at 950-1050 deg.C and further binder, etc., is added thereto to uniform granules and the granules are molded to afford a molded article, which is then burned at 1150-1250 deg.C for 1-3hr under oxidizing atmosphere to provide the title composition expressed by the formula (0.05<=x<=0.5; 0.05<=y<=0.4; 0<=z<=0.4; 0.6-<=a<=0.9). |
