PURPOSE:To reduce the developing ratio of voids at the time of melting by using a waving brazing filler metal having width within the width of a joining surface and continuous waving shape. CONSTITUTION:The waving brazing filler metal 3 having the waving width B within the width A of the joining surface 2 and the continuous waving shape is put on the joining surface 2 and joined with the objective material. Even at the time of brazing, as the brazing filler metal has the waving shape, this metal is stably put in between the joining surfaces. As the line having small contacting part to the joining surface becomes the starting point and spreads, the developing ratio of the voids at the time of melting is little and the air- tightness is good. As the manufacture of the waving brazing filler metal 3 is worked by using a forming machine, the product yield is high. |
