PURPOSE:To obtain a laminate excellent in silver-migration resistance, galvanic corrosion resistance, flame resistance, tracking resistance and punchability by forming under heating and pressurizing the prepreg impregnated with thermosetting resin after paper base has been treated with pretreating resin. CONSTITUTION:A prepreg for surface layer obtained by impregnating paper base with thermosetting resin after it has been pretreated with the melamine modified phenol resin having the melamine content of 5-18wt.% and the prepreg for inner layer obtained by impregnating the paper base with thermosetting resin after it has been pretreated with the melamine modified phenol resin having the melamine content more than 20wt.%, are used. A plurality of the prepregs of the inner layer are superimposed, and further the prepregs for surface layer are arranged on both surfaces thereof, and they are heated and pressurized. |
