<p>PURPOSE:To improve the flowability, smoothness, freezing melting resistance, etc., by laminating the cured layer of a silane compound having alkoxy groups at one kind or more of the molecular ends to a specific aggregate. CONSTITUTION:An inorganic porous lightweight aggregate such as silica balloon having a specific gravity of 0.01-1.0 and an average particle diameter of 0.01-5mm is immersed and stirred in a silane compound monomer such as an alkylalkoxysilane and subsequently heated to produce a lightweight aggregate having the cured layer of the silane compound laminated thereto and used for hydraulic molded products. 10-100 pts.wt. of the lightweight aggregate, 100 pts.wt. of a hydraulic inorganic material such as general Portland cement and 50-100 pts.wt. of water are mixed with each other, kneaded with a kneader, etc., and subsequently extruded into a hydraulic inorganic shaped product.</p> |
