PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition for an antistatic hard coating agent which does not bleed even under high-temperature and high-humidity conditions by mixing a specified compound containing ultraviolet-curing active ethylene groups with a specified polymerizable tert. amine compound and a specified polymerizable phosphoric ester. CONSTITUTION:The title composition comprises a compound containing at least two ultraviolet-curing active ethylene groups in the molecule (e.g. PE-4A, a product of Kyoei-sha Yushi Kagaku Kogyo Ltd.), a polymerizable tert. amine compound containing at least one ultraviolet-curing functional group and at least one tert. amine group in the molecule (e.g. Light Ester DM, a product of Kyoei-sha Yushi Kagaku Kogyo, Ltd.) and a polymerizable phosphoric ester (e.g. MR-200, a product of Oya Kagaku Kogyo Ltd.) selected among the compounds of formulas I and II (wherein R is H or CH3; and n is 1-2; and m is 1-8). |
