PROTEIN-CONTAINING ACIDIC DRINK

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide the subject drink which has suitable turbidity, and does not cause insoluble aggregation even when it is stored for a long period of time by adding a specific amount of polyglycerol fatty acid ester to an acidic drink. CONSTITUTION:The objective drink is obtained by adding 0.03 to 0.5w/w%, preferably 0.01 to 0.1wt.% of polyglycerol fatty acid ester of more than 9 HLB to an acidic drink containing 0.1 to 5.0w/w% of protein (of 3.0 to 4.2pH).
