PURPOSE:To reduce in weight an aluminum heat exchanger by decreasing the thicknesses of the aluminum fins. CONSTITUTION:On the surfaces of fin 2 no brazing material layer is formed. A layer 7 plated with Zn by hot-dipping and having a thickness of 2-5mum is formed on the surface of a heat transfer tube 1. The layer 7 is heated in contact with the fins 2, and the tube 1 is brazed to the fin 2. |
