PURPOSE:To produce the subject health beverage abundantly containing various kinds of nutritive components of corn and having an effect on health by removing the cob from corn, boiling the resultant the pelage and the fruit, extracting the obtained boiled soup and blending carbonic acid with the resultant extract components. CONSTITUTION:The objective beverage is obtained by removing the cob from corn, grinding the resultant the pelage and the fruit, adding boiling water thereto, stirring the obtained soup while keeping it to 80 to 100 deg.C, filtering and cooling the soup and introducing gaseous carbon dioxide into the resultant cooled soup. |
