PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of flashes on the flange part situated on the side of an embossed part. CONSTITUTION:An emboss molding device 10 is arranged on the downstream side of a heating unit 10 adapted to heat a sheet plate 20. The emboss-molding device 10 includes a molding lower mold 11 having emboss grooves 12 and a molding upper mold 21 having emboss projections 22. Chamfered parts 13, 23 are formed respectively on the part except the part continuous to the emboss grooves 12 in the heating unit side end surface of the molding lower mold 11 and the part except the part continuous to the emboss projections in the heating unit side end surface of the molding upper mold 21. |
