PURPOSE:To effectively prevent a double wall from being deteriorated and ruptured owing to thermal stresses in a heat insulating container with carries out high grade insulation. CONSTITUTION:In a heat insulating container whose constitution is such that a heat insulating cover 1C is fitted in the opening section 1B of the heat insulating container 1A opened to one direction so as to provide tight enclosure, the inner wall member 2 of the heat insulating container 1A is made of a thick material having sufficient buckling strength, in addition, a step part 3 is formed, which is bent in the heat insulating wall thickness direction at the container inside part from the heat insulating container opening part 1B, by the thickness of the heat insulating cover 1C, and an opening side from the step section 3 is formed of an open section inner surface and a thin inner wall member 4 hermetically closing an end section. A reinforcing member 5 facing to the thick material step section having buckling strength is constituted in the heat insulating cover 1C compactly closes the opening part of the heat insulating container, and the elongation of the inner wall member 2 is checked by the heat insulating cover 1C and the reinforcing member 5, fixed onto the heat insulating container so that deformation concerned is thereby prevented. |
