PURPOSE:To provide the solid laver food stabilized without being damaged or abraded during its transportation or storage by adding a small amount of crystalline cellulose to the powder of the layer and subsequently compression- molding the mixture. CONSTITUTION:The objective solid layer food is produced by the process which comprises heating and drying a layer such as a sweet laver. adding crystalline cellulose to the produced powder of the laver and subsequently compression- molding the mixture with a tableting machine, etc. Preferably, 50-90wt.% of the layer powder is compounded with 10-25wt.% of the crystalline cellulose. |
