PURPOSE:To form a uniformly and smoothly coated surface and the coating work by inserting a tube having the outside diameter smaller than the inside diameter of a pipe into the pipe, stretching the tube in the circumferential direction, heating the tube to fusion-stick it on the internal wall surface of the pipe. CONSTITUTION:A tube 6 having the outside diameter smaller than the inside diameter of a pipe 5 is inserted into the pipe 5. Material, length and inside diameter of an applicable pipe are properly selected by use of the pipe. For example, thermoplastic resin and thermosetting resin are generally used which are excellent in resistance to chemicals and nontackiness and capable of being formed into a tubular shape and being fusion-stuck by heating. After the tube 6 is inserted into the pipe 5, the tube 6 is stretched in the circumferential direction and heated. In other words, the method is equipped with a stretching stage for stretching the tube 6 in the circumferential direction until the tube 6 is brought into contact with the internal wall surface of the pipe 5 and a heating stage for heating the tube to melting point or above of the tube 6. The tube 6 is fusion-bonded on the internal wall surface of the pipe 5 by this heating. |
