PURPOSE:To provide an artificial skin which protects a skin damage part softly without drying, and replaces it easily with the own tissue early, when the skin is damaged. CONSTITUTION:This artificial skin is composed of a damage contact layer consisting of a matrix of a denatured collagen containing 0 to 80% of fibrous collagen.heparin and helix and a steam permeation control layer. As a result, since the damage contact layer of the artificial skin has a cell permeability, fibroblasts can migrate into the damage contact layer early when it is applied to the damaged surface, and a connective tissue like a true skin is formed so as to promote the curing of the damage, and after holding it for a specific period, the steam permeation control layer at the upper part is removed, and a sublayer skin graft of the own body can be planted so as to plant alive. |
