POWDER PAINTING BOOTH, METHOD FOR ITS CONSTRUCTION AND NONCONDUCTING LINING OF SAID BOOTH

PURPOSE: To make it possible to quickly and easily clean the inside of a booth, thereby facilitate the changing of a color of a powder coating by hanging and fitting the inflatable polymer walls in spaced orientation to define a booth inner space. CONSTITUTION: This powder coating booth has a hollow wall structure 20, the space 26 defined inside is held with appropriate non-conductive partitions 28 between an outer booth 30 of an earthed sheet metal and the surfaces 24 of inside walls made of a polyethylene or polypropylene film. Then, a powder spray gun 40 facing the coating space in the booth disposed, and powder is sprayed and applied to a panel transferred with a conveyor device 44. The surfaces 24 of the inside walls are preferably formed as an air matless type inflatable core body and are hung with a hook or an eyelet provided thereabove.
