CONSTITUTION:During the non-receiving operation disconnecting the power supply to a circuit block B by saving the battery, the excess current from among the self discharge current of a battery 20 is supplied to a capacitor 21 so as to discharge. During the receiving operation of the circuit block B, the capacitor 21 is discharged and the discharge output current ICC2 is supplied to the circuit block B as the power supply current. |
