PURPOSE:To enable high-speed and high-precision operation by providing a fuzzy scale storage table corresponding to input parameters and an arithmetic part to execute secondary arithmetic using the VERY TRUE of a fuzzy true value while using the input parameters and the fuzzy table. CONSTITUTION:In the control system of a vacuum pressure tank, a vacuum pump 1 evacuates a vacuum pressure tank 2 into low pressure and is connected through a valve 3. A pulse motor 4 drives the valve 3 at a desired opening and maintains the pressure of the vacuum pressure tank 2 at a target value. Deviation en between measured value yn of the pressure of the vacuum pressure tank 2 detected by a pressure sensor 6 and a target value (r) is inputted to a fuzzy controller 5 at every sampling time and the changed variable DELTAen is inputted. Based on these two inputs, the fuzzy controller 5 executes VERY TRUE inference and outputs a changed variable DELTAUn of a manipulated variable. |
