PURPOSE:To eliminate the improper point for a television signal which takes place at the time of descrambling and to eliminate the deterioration of image quality in a television receiver by changing the horizontal fly-back period of a descrambled television signal excluding a burst for a synchronized signal produced by a signal generation circuit, in a CATV terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:A first signal generation circuit 11 generating a synchronized signal so that the output of an oscillator 10 can be used as a clock signal and the output of a synchronized separation circuit 13 can be used as a reset signal, and a second signal generation circuit 12 generating a gate pulse controlling the changing, are provided. A first clamping circuit 14 and a second clamping circuit 15 clamp the produced synchronized signal and the television signal, respectively, and a switch circuit 16 changes the television signal for the produced synchronized signal, in the horizontal fly-back period excluding the burst, in accordance with the timing of the gate pulse. |
