<p>The device is comprised of a hooping assembly (2) consisting of a frame (3) surrounding the mouth outlet (1) and of a hooping head (4). It comprises rods (9) in the axis of the mouth (1) which are mounted by the end thereof integral with the compaction machine. The rods (9) are set on generatrix lines of a canal around the mouth (1) and are designed to receive a plurality of hoops (17i) deposited next to each other by the hooping assembly (2). Movable fingers (13 and 14) translating along the axis of the mouth (1) push the hoops (17i) individually towards the free end of the rods (9) so that the hoops (17i) are set in place on the block (20) coming out of the compaction machine before it is tied.</p> |
