<p>PURPOSE:To improve the operability of an installation frame used for the on- floor installing method for an exchange, a computer, etc., and to obtain structure which requires neither operator's skillfulness nor experience and is easily mass- produced. CONSTITUTION:Weight-reduced materials (aluminum alloy as one example) are used and individual members are not welded or adhered, one by one. Namely, the upper member 3 and lower member 4 which are cut from the development of the installation frame are combined and a cylindrical pipe (collar) 11 for increasing the strength of a through hole 10 is sandwiched only by blind riveting 6 and spot welding 8 which are small in man-hours and requires no skillfulness, thereby obtaining the installation frame meeting required specifications.</p> |
