<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the operation to dissolve drugs and to facilitate the classification and throw away of parts after use by restuititively installing a spring to the upper part in a capsule, installing a drug container with its mouth part faced downward to the central part thereof in such a manner that this container can be axially moved by the restitutive force of the spring and installing a double-headed needle axially movably to the lower part. CONSTITUTION:A spring fixing jig 10 is disengaged from a restitutive force of the spring 9 when an upper outside cylinder 6 is rotated. The detaining part 29 of a drug container fixing jig 17 is disengaged by this force and the double headed needle 28 moves downward. Then, a liquid leakage preventive member 33 on the dissolving liquid container 1 side, a thin film 31 and a rubber plug 3 in the mouth part of the drug container are respectively punctured. A series of the puncture operations are instantaneously executed by the spring 9 at this time. The container 1 is positioned horizontally or upward to shift the dissolving liquid into the container 3 and to dissolve the drugs. Further, the lower outside cylinder 7 and the inside cylinder 5 are disengaged after use, by which the respective parts in the capsule 2 are taken out and are classified and thrown away by each of blank materials.</p> |
