PURPOSE:To straighten a bending way of an operation thread. CONSTITUTION:A surgical operation thread S is wound round a bobbin 4, and in accordance with its reel-out sequence, the thread passes through a disinfecting vessel 5 in which a disinfectant solution is contained, a sponge 6 for wiping off the disinfectant solution and, for instance, a capillary-like heater 7 for straightening a bending way of the surgical operation thread S, is fed by a feed roller 8, and also, passes through a second guide part 9 and is fed into a first guide part 3. Moreover, between a first guide part 3 and a second guide part 9, a cutting mechanism 10 such as scissors, a knife, etc., for cutting the operation thread S to a prescribed length is provided. The operation thread S is reeled out in accordance with necessity from the bobbin 4, disinfected by the disinfectant solution in the disinfecting vessel 5 in its process, and by passing through the inside of the heater 7 heated to, for instant 130-140 deg.C by a heating coil, its bending may is straightened. |
