THIADIAZOLE GUANIDINES

25448-44 Thiadiazole guanidines of formula 1 1 wherein R is hydrogen or C1-4 alkyl and their non-toxic salts are provided. The thiadiazole guanidines exhibit anticonvulsant activity and are indicated for use in the treatment of epilepsy. Processes for the preparation containing the thiadiazole guanidines and pharmaceutical compositions containing them are also provided.
