<p>PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of environment as well as improve safety at the time of filling fuel by supplying fuel in a storage tank without emitting the fuel evaporated at the time of filling fuel to the atmosphere, and to reduce the waste of fuel by supplying the evaporated fuel at the time of filling fuel to the storage tank. CONSTITUTION:A filling unit 74 for filling a fuel tank 30 with fuel is provided, and a connecting pipe is disposed in such a manner that one end thereof is connected to the fuel tank 30 in such a manner as to extend from the fuel tank and by-pass a relief valve 48 and the other end thereof is connected to a relief pipe 46. A gas-liquid discriminating part 88 for discriminating the gas- liquid from the interior of the fuel tank 30 is disposed in the midway of the connecting pipe. At the time of filling the fuel tank 30 with fuel from the filling unit 74, the filling unit and the fuel tank are connected, one end of the connecting pipe is connected to the relief pipe, and the fuel tank 30 and a storage tank 50 are connected to each other by the connecting pipe, so that the evaporated fuel is supplied in the storage tank 50 to prevent the fuel from being emitted to the atmosphere.</p> |
