PURPOSE: To reduce a harness mounting space by removably connecting a harness and a harness via specific coupling elements connecting a drive means and height adjustably constituting the device by means of set screws. CONSTITUTION: The harness 11 which consists of side beams 15 and 16 connected by a top beam 17 and a lowermost beam 18 and mounts a heald 19 and another harness 11 are interconnected by the first connecting element 34 which consists of a supporting surface 36 and a forked hook 37 and the second connecting element 35 which is disposed through the inside of the side beams 15 and 16 of the harness 11 and consists of a first portion at the lower end 25 of the set screw 24 for height position adjustment of the harness 11 and a second much wider portion 41 existing at the lower end thereof. The second connecting element 35 is mounted on the portion 53 freely movable within a guide piece and the portion 53 is connected via a curvable leaf 55 to a lever arm and is so constituted as to make the harness 11 movable vertically with each other.
