This invention regulates the volume of sound based on the surrounding brightness and time using fuzzy theory. This device comprises the lightsensor percepting the ambient light (10), the timer idrcating preseut time, the clock membership function part (40) judging the light degree at a time, the fuzzy-rule base (50) storing fuzzy rule to regulate the volume of sound on time and ambient light, fuzzy processing unit (60) regulating the volume of sound as fuzzy rule, membership function processing unit (70) outputting the regulated value of the volume of sound in the form of transformed value in level, and the memory storing the value of level.
