Porous ornamental moulding (I) comprises 40-60 (wt.%) Stealite, 15-25 clay calcined at white heat, 10-15 fire clay, approx. 5% Al2(SO4)3, approx. 2% oxide and a balance of perlite. The fire clay is an Fe fire clay. Additives can be mixed into the moulding to produce a rough and large pore surface. USE/ADVANTAGE - (I) can be used as a well- or source-stone to humidify the air and purify the water in an aquarium
