An adjustable stand to which a pointing device is removably attachable is disclosed. The stand includes an arm pivotally coupled to a base. An attachment assembly is pivotally coupled to the other end of the arm. The attachment assembly includes an attachment plate pivotally coupled to a support bar. The pointing device is removably attachable to the attachment assembly. In the preferred embodiment, the arm is pivotally coupled to the base with an elevation pivot, the attachment assembly is pivotally coupled to the arm with a pitch pivot, and the attachment plate is pivotally coupled to the support bar about a roll pivot, allowing a user to select the elevation, pitch, and roll of the pointing device. <IMAGE> |
