The assembly group comprises a holder for a plastics cannula and a laterally positioned catheter, together with a holder for steel needle movably arranged in the plastics cannula. The steel needle (2) in the plastics cannula (4) is limitedly axially movable and has two holes (14, 15) arranged at a specific distance from one another, and displaced through 90 deg. in relation to one another. The needle holder (1) has a ledge (9) and a holder (3) has a recess (10), the contours of which are matched to one another for the purpose of rotary securement. On the holder (3) a fixer is arranged eccentrically, which has an axial stop (7) and a radial stop (8) for a 90 deg. rotation.
