<p>Cylinder mortice deadlock of the type comprising a lock bolt (1) capable of being displaced in translation movement by the web of a locking cylinder (9), and a tumbler (16) which is mounted so as to be movable transversely to the lock bolt and towards which it is pushed by an elastic return means (23) in order to block it in the locking position, the said tumbler (16) being coupled to a securing member (30) which, in the position of rest of the web, immobilizes the tumbler in terms of translational movement. According to the invention, the tumbler (16) is a piece which is held so as to be freely rotatable about the pivot axis of the web and which has two stops (34a) located on either side of the web, the said securing piece (30) and the tumbler (16) being equipped furthermore, with respective mutual coupling structures (39, 40), such as a groove and a rib, which can be separated from one another by the rotation of the securing piece beyond an angular sector of rotation greater than that which one or other of the stops of the securing piece can cover relative to the web in the position of rest. <IMAGE></p> |
