<p>This procedure includes the following steps: - a partitioning of all the carrier frequencies constituting the frequency resource available for this network into batches of unequal magnitude, - an allotment to every site of the network, at the time it enters the network, manifested by a request for frequency allocation for connection between this site and another site, termed the site of first link-up for the relevant site, and, prior to this allocation, of one state out of two possible complementary states, this state being chosen so as to obtain complementary states for the relevant site and for its site of first link-up, and being retained for subsequent connections between the relevant site and other sites of the network, - for every connection to be established between two sites of this network, a frequency allocation by random drawing from that one of these batches which is of greatest magnitude, if the relevant sites are in complementary states, or from that one of these batches which is of lesser magnitude if the relevant sites are in identical states. <IMAGE></p> |
