Chinolon- und Naphthyridon-carbonsäure-Derivate der Formel (I) <IMAGE> in welcher B: für einen Rest der Formeln <IMAGE> steht in welcher Y: für O oder CH2 und; R³: für C2-C5-Oxoalkyl, CH2-CO-C6H5, CH2CH2CO2R', <IMAGE> -CH=CH-CO2R' oder CH2CH2-CN, worin; R': Wasserstoff oder C1-C3-Alkyl bedeutet, R<4>: für H, C1-C3-Alkyl, 5-Methyl-2-oxo-1,3-dioxol-4-yl-methyl, C2-C5-Oxoalkyl, CH2-CO-C6H5, CH2CH2CO2R', <IMAGE> -CH=CH-CO2R' oder CH2CH2-CN, sowie diese enthaltende antibakterielle Mittel und Futterzusatzstoffe.
