<p>The present invention relates to an improved system for locking a cover on a frame. This system essentially comprises a plate (7) including an open bore (13) which interacts with a pin (8) secured to the cover (3), which cover may easily be mounted by fitting it into the frame (2), after which the plate (7) is mounted on the pin (8) received in the lug (6) secured to this frame.
